To create your custom showreel, we will require you to submit the following below-mentioned information and content to us via email:

STEP 1: Player Information
Please include the following player information:
- Player name
- Place of birth (Nationality)
- Age
- Height
- Weight
- Position(s)
- Clubs
- Awards/Championships (optional)
- Contact Information (email, WhatsApp, social media – max 2)

Please indicate 3x skill categories of the player’s gameplay that you would like to highlight. We will divide the video into these three sections. For example:
- Kicking
- Acceleration
- Stepping
- Tackling
- Scrummaging
- Etc.

STEP 3: Player Content
Compile the following list of player footage:
Player pictures (in-action shots)
- A min of 15-20 x high-quality photos
- Images to be large and as sharp as possible (high-resolution).
15-20 x gameplay videos
- A min of 5 x videos per skills category you have selected in Step 2.
- Individual clips are to be short, around 5-10 sec in length.
- Please ensure that you label the videos with the team names of the game in-play which will feature at the bottom of the videos (see image).
- Divide the videos into folders to indicate their skill category.
If the images and videos are too low quality, we may not be able to produce a video for the player.
How to send these large files over to us?
Please make use of Google Drive, Dropbox, or Wetransfer. Simply include the link in your email submission to us (ensure that we have shared access to the folders).

Don’t have access to videos on your device?
You can capture footage straight onto your mobile or desktop computer by making use of the screen capture technology available on your device. Please note that we do not own, nor do we claim to own any of the footage that has been sent you us in this manner. If you do indeed capture footage in this way, please ensure to copy the website URL, so that we may credit the channel or owner(s) of the footage where necessary.
