Whilst the aim of the academy is to help every player reach their potential, we recognise that this can be done a number of ways. Be it mixing rugby with academics at either Higher Education/Further Education or going on to play professionally. Every player has his or her own pathway and one that is specific to them. UR7s is dedicated to getting the most out of every player in the program and best arming them to play at the highest level possible. This could be club, university or country. Below is a range of players that have all benefited from the program in different ways.
