Tournament Operations

Our Tournament Operations service provides tournament organisers with an experienced operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the rugby element of your event. The outsourcing of rugby operations removes a significant burden from a tournament director's remit in the build up and particularly during event day itself, allowing you to focus on your event's broader success.

Our team has Match Director experience with the IRB, ERC (Heineken Cup) and RFU as well as Tournament Director experience at a number of Sevens and beach rugby events. Make-up of the Operations Team will depend on the scale of event and the scope of our remit, which is entirely tailored to your needs as a tournament organiser.

Basic rugby operations services include:

• Match schedule & draw
• Match day administration, time-keeping and knock-out stage draws
• Referee sourcing and management
• Administrative coordination with governing bodies for sanctioning, insurance, etc.
