UR7s is currently working with tournaments, teams and governing bodies on some pioneering initiatives that will lead the way in shaping the new era of Olympic Rugby Sevens.

The UR7s role is as administrator, promoter and commercial rights manager in the uniting and packaging of tournaments to bring direction and value creation to the sport and its stakeholders.

The aims of such initiatives are as follows:

• Provide direction to Sevens seasons
• Raise the standard of Sevens
• Bring unprecedented exposure to the sport
• Increase participation levels
• Encourage greater external investment in every level of Sevens
• Create value for all stakeholders; tournaments, teams, players, fans, charities and brands
